It's A Zoo in Here!

We are looking at the difference and similarities of animals and their offspring.  Throughout this exploration we will be pretending we are zoo keepers.  We will talk about the needs and wants of animals (a tie-in from last week) and also explore what habitats we need to create in the animal's enclosures (a tie-in from a previous unit).  


On Friday, the kids can bring a stuffed animal for our zoo.  It needs to be an animals that would truly be found in a zoo, no dinos or unicorns.  We will be using these animals for several activities on Friday.  If a child forgets his or her animal, there will be extras to use.
